Help with the themes? in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I need help getting the theme installed and working I think. I've tried downloading a few but I don't know how to make them work. I don't really know what I'm doing with any thing on here cept putting up a wallpaper. This is all new territory for me. But, I wan't to get into it. So can anyone help in anyway? PS if this isnt in the righ
