Ok so i use AOL for internet and everything opens in different windows like the internet stuff buddy lost etc. but anyway....when I apply a skin, when i go to open a new window like this site for example, i wont see it, i have to scroll far down and then I see it. Yes what I wrote is confusing, but thats best way to explain my problem. So can anyone please help me?

Hey I tried installing Windows Blinds and then I rebooted(as it said) and I open it up and it says to rebbot again. and do this all the time. Please Help me Here i got a pic of the message that comes up... I click rebbot and then i go to open windows Blinds and it pops up again. And I must of done it about a hundred times now! What im trying
