Dark Industry Theme Users in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hello all I am looking for any users out there who have successfully installed the following theme by cybermessiah. I am new to this BUT I have tried forum browsing/faq's/unsucsessful self installation, and now I find myself here. I have d/l DesktopX version 3.0 I have the theme file zipped/unzipped. Do I need Windowblinds? T
