Hi, Could you clarify what you are trying to do? The popup menus for the icons located in the system tray are application specific and not so easily modified. In which documentation did you see this feature advertised? I do not see it in the Object Desktop (pdf) manual. -Mike [Stardock Support]
I assume you're using Windowblinds (Object Desktop is a package). Since Windowblinds is only able to skin applications that are windows-drawn, it will not skin the Tablet Input Panel. There is unfortunately no way to get around this, as owner-drawn windows (such as the Tablet Input Panel) do not use a standard which we can customize. You might want to add the Tablet Input Panel to the exclusion list in Windowblinds just to avoid any pote

I have reproduced your issue using PowerDVD: program not going fullscreen when double-clicking or pressing z and a windowblinds skin is applied. However, if this were an issue with WB not skinning properly, we would be able to directly address it. Is IconX loading and fully functional otherwise prior to shutdown? Windows will give this error if an application is in the startup phase when attempting to shut down. For example, if you press Ctrl+Shift+Escape right after selecting a shutdown option, windows will respond with that same message in regards to task manager.
