Actually there is something you could submit: login.txt. Open your favorite email client and address it to [email protected]. Then navigate to "C:\program files\stardock\sdcentral\" and attach the login.txt file to the email. In the body, please include a reference to this URL and we'll see what we can do to help! -Mike [Stardock Support] <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons

00Chris00: It shows that your account for the Windowblinds 5 Beta was activated on our end yesterday at 8:53am (GMT-6). This was actually a known issue and updating to the latest version should address it. Nomad529: If you haven't seen already, I've posted a response to the thread you started, "~Unable to activate product." -Mike [Stardock Support] <img src="http://images

Do you have multiple monitors hooked up to your system? It's possible you're using a clone configuration and the primary is not set to the monitor on which you're playing the video. If no, does playback work with WB5Beta unloaded? Windowblinds doesn't mess with any video filters, so I'm not sure why it would be causing this problem. -Mike [Stardock Support] <img src="http://i

It's very possible that the issue might be related to Windowblinds 5 Beta (I'm impressed you included the word "beta" after wb5 because most posts on here unfortunately don't). You could possibly try removing that and see if it resolves your problem. -Mike [Stardock Support] <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCustomize Browser/Stardock Centr

It's basically a pissing match between Level 3 and Cogent: Level 3 shut down Cogent's connections because "its arrangement with Cogent is no longer financially viable, since it is larger than the other company" (http://news.zdnet.com/2100-1009_22-5889592.html , Para 5). There are many network links down and all we can do in the meantime is wait it out. If you're connecting through level 3 (can't access stardock.com, wincustomize.com or any o

Nomad529: You will need to be logged on with your [email protected] account. The system is very specific in that the email you use to activate must be the email used to purchase. If you have further questions, please email [email protected] and include a url to this thread in the body. MrMoz: Your order is not under this email address. You will need to email [email protected] with as much information as possible (phone#, street ad

I assume you're using Skin Studio... There is actually a walkthrough for designing a basic skin. You can find it in the Object Desktop documentation that is downloadable through Stardock Central. We appreciate your feedback and will take the features you mentioned into consideration. -Mike [Stardock Support]

Hopefully you have archived your previous versions. You will notice that there is actually still an entry for WB4 on Stardock Central. That way, anyone having problems with WB5 Beta is still able to roll back to WB4 (after reporting any problems so we can work on them, of course). -Mike<br

Sorry to keep you waiting, though we do appreciate your patience. Beta releases, as you probably already know, are traditionally for testing/debugging. Though most companies keep beta releases closed within company borders, Stardock would rather extend those borders to include everyone interested. After all, would we be without you people?? -Mike<

SP2 machines and pre-SP2 machines are set-up very differently. If you are experiencing problems on a pre-SP2 machine and no one else is with their updated systems, chances are that updating your system will fix the issue. (Not to mention all the other issues SP2 fixes, anyway) A while back Microsoft was shipping free SP2 cds to anybody that ordered, but it looks like that might be unavailable now. Any local computer repair store should ha

This will actually happen to any application that freezes while it's processing something. It will ignore the redraw messages, minimize messages, etc. You can terminate any program that freezes in this way by bringing up the task manager: ctrl+shift+escape, and on the "Applications" tab, select "Stardock Central", then click "End task" (and yes to the messagebox that comes up). Uninstall Stardock Central and restart your computer. After res

What does the blue screen you're receiving say (Just the error message)? When you hit F8 to load the boot selection menu and select "Safe Mode" what happens to prevent you from entering safe mode? -Mike [Stardock Support]
