Same type of issue but am running the free version. Have an IBM T42 w/ XP Pro and 1GB. My task bar will load only in the classic style and only on restart. (likes to hang taskbar load on initial startup) Have played with different load configs and can get it to load without hanging but only if I turn off the IBM UltraNav and Thinkvantage. Have IE7 b1, had FF, have Opera.... In reality I prefer Opera over the others. Will likely stick with Opera and play with IE7 some more. Besides, Opera work on my smartphone too!

I guess I have to add that I have been lucky with SBC... Then again I have enough savvy to fix most of my own issues, and there is no way in he!! I deal with tier 1 support.
