Link go ahead and look. does it on more than firefox. in pain, winzip, basically anything that has that bar.

Link it does that in a few different themes ive tried and it does it in more than just firefox. hell, when i put the screen shot in paint it was even in there! as well as winzip, and probably many other programs ive yet to try. is there a remedy?
