Widget for Traffic Condition? in Widget talk WinCustomize Forums

hi all, i was wondering if it would be possible to make a widget that can provide live traffic condition info, based on cities. i found this site www.traffic.com that provides live info. they have a really nice flash interface. would it be difficult to port that interface into a widget? eddie
