I dont see a ini file anywhere. I have a subfolder in there but there are files in the SKINS folder and in the subfolder. The help for Rainlendar siad I nneded to move the .ini files somewhere into a second sub folder. WhaT DO THEY MEAN?

Greetings, I have downloaded a Rainlendar I would like to use but don't know where to install it. Can anybody help me? I am using Windowblinds but don't know if I need anything else. Thank you for your time.
