WindowBlinds allows you to do a repair install with your XP disc but StyleXP does not, which to me is a clear indicator that it messes with things it shouldn't. Also, if you unload WindowBlinds, your system will go back to its original state, but that is not so with StyleXP because it alters system files and therefore remains active in the background.
