I had the same exact problem. Stardock just updated my components yesterday and now all the skins look like crap (ie: no button skins are showing just classic look) and I keep getting rundll32 errors. I am running up to date version of XP Pro. Everything was working just fine prior to the update. I am very pissed off right now.
