WinCustomize Forumsi heard i should set the desktop to a web page then upload the image of the screensaver in motion to a web then set it like that any ideas?

Recently I was over at my cousins house and i saw he had the default windows xp wallpaper (the bliss wallpaper with the clouds and grass) and the clouds were moving casting a different shadow. My challenge is if anyone knows how to get that screensaver as your wallpaper Any ideas?
