Help With Office Icons in Icons WinCustomize Forums

I need help putting some Microsoft Word, and Excel, and the whole Office, icons. I do everything like normal (right click on it then choose change icon...), but for some reason Only the MS Office shortcuts won't let me change the icon. The button to change the icon is clear and I cannot press it. I am very confues as to why only MS Office program shortcuts do this.
