I've purchase WindowBlinds but can't seem to get the level 4 subscription. How would I get the two link and how would I know if it's on the right subscription?

I'm using the newest one purchased under Window XP with a NVIDIA 128 MB video card. I'm not sure what the model is, but I still can't get the glass effect. I can't find anything in the option for that either. Please advice.

Hi, I installed WindowBlinds and download skins that show half transparent windows but I'm not sure how to use the glass effect feature. I'm not sure how to get it to work. I've download the latest version of WindowBlinds Premium. Please help. Thanks! Haruko
