Confirmed, the background blur copies the background from my secondary monitor when I'm using a theme with automatic background rotation. Last Win10 + Fences builds. Looks like Fences do not hook into wallpaper change events to regenerate the blur properly.

Bumping this. The 2.0.02 version is super awesome and fast compared to last beta I tried. Right up to the point I drag a rectangle on my desktop. 1) Pretty pretty please let the fences only create on right-button drag like it used to be. 2) OR disable (at least) the left button creating when fences are locked. It makes no sense, I locked it - it's supposed to be locked and not let kids (or me) wreak havoc and create new ones! :D Thanks for consideration :)<

Let XP start... than press CTRL+ALT+DEL (everything will run very slow now wait until Task manager will be displayed... choose processes (that will be very slow, but it works... just trust me and wait) select CursorXP and "KILL" it.!!! (It may be really extremely slow) If everything is OK again DO NOT RESTART!! Open My Computer\c\program files\cursorXP\t
