I am a newbie and haven't gotten into scripts yet. I am working on an object/widget (my second) and have ended up going in circles trying to figure out the 'Action" settings. I have gotten my object to do what I want, but not the way I want it to. I can set the following actions with no problem...mouseaway, mouseover, mouse down and up...and default. Even manged to figure out the Command exe. My object consists of animation files

once you have your image created, you need to create a new object in DX, import the image, and then under the animation section of the properties, set the number of frames and the animation speed etc I have the 'image' created.<TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394

I recently created my first DesktopX Object (link below) Link Now I would like to animate it. I have done all the work as far as Photoshop and Imageready. I have saved it in several formats (Gif, png, animated layers in both..) but I can't figure out how to save it in DesktopX as an animated object. Some facts; a. I have 57 files

I have had my own problems with Norton. Most notably, it did not catch all the nasty virus' and such that snuck into my PC. I use AVG (which is free) and uninstalled Norton when I found Avast (also free). I have heard that Avast is a power hog...and when it is running an actual scan, it may be, (my PC isn't exactly made for power users), but both AVG and AVAST found stuff that Norton could not. In all the years I have used Norton, it has NEVER found an
