WinCustomize Forumsi have a similar problem.. all my toolbar icons fail to load.. the default icons r displayed!

i have a problem... the toolbar icons don't change even though they r included with the file.. no matter wat skin it is!! ive been tryin 2 figure it out now its gettin frustratin.. plz help
