I have the same problem. Every method I tried so far worked, but until next boot only. These are: - registering the jscript.dll and vbscript.dll (including with an unregistry step before) - modifying the key regitry for these files - replacing these files with the original ones (in case of a corruption problem) - reinstalling visual basic (as yrag propose) and a few other things, I always get the problem back.
