Last year while living in Mt. Pleasant, some friends and I took it upon ourselves to build a beach volleyball court in the yard of the house I was living in at the time. Needless to say it's been missed very much. I'm wondering if anyone living in the Southwest Metro area knows of any various parks or beach areas with Beach Volleyball courts (courts which are active would be nice, but I'm willing to check out anything at this point). Yes, I realize that in the last week of April we ha
They still gone?
Please give this a read when reporting issues : http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html . We need information to debug issues not regularily seen by us developers. After all, we arent telepathic... yet. Please include the following information when reporting a site issue: Browser Name Browser Version Operating System (if other than Windows) The URL of the page which caused
Going through our bug list today to try and fix stuff and clean it up. From my end it looks like this issue is resolved. Anyone care to comment?
Gah. I have multiple personality disorder today (that was my post there above this one) Issue seems to be resolved. I say 'seems to be' because I would like you all to test and confirm that it has been. Thanks
This is a fantastic read for anyone using software, and everyone should give it a read... http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html When you report an issue, we need information in order to debug it, because we may not be seeing it here on our test platform, or even using our test accounts on Wincustomize. The Photo Album has a problem. It comes up with the message 'some server side error occured' when trying to upload. Others have noticed this too. I've only used a small amount of my space, but cant get past 43 pics... Fuzzy... Ma man. We're gonna need something better than 'some server side error occurred' to debug your issue. When you see the
I am very saddened to hear this. I'm a very big fan of Fireworks and will be very very dissappointed if it goes down the tubes.
Hey all, I am in need of a solid FTP server, which can run as a service on system stary much like MS FTP Server does. This is for a windows machine running IIS. I have already attempted to use BulletProof (formerly G6) but their service setup really blows. I'll appreciate any suggestions, but please keep the 'switch to platform x' comments to yourselves. Thanks!
Yes, stardock will indeed make you lose your mind. But onto actual, factual matters at hand... I need a digital camera, so I can take a picture of all these sticky notes which appear on 'Pat's Fantastic Dancing Badger Task Board' - and yes, that is the actual name. Implemented some fancy new TotalGaming.NET forums. Shh. Dont tell. And no, I wont tell you where they are. The large .NET is significant, since they have been ported over directly from my rewrite/retrofit o
According to the wonderful yellow sticky notes which are peppering the wall behind me.... Attacked SARS with full vengence... Fixed a nasty Object Reference error with the Serve. Edited some javascript for new flash ads, and fixed it good. Wrote a new 404 erorr page. Attempted to show the line numbers for our nifty error page (normal users dont see this) but alas, we think that Release mode assemblies may be preventing this.</L
I just tested adding a Watch to the March Screenshots thread through SDC. It worked as expected for me. Are you able to test this on another workstation?
It 'seems' to be an isolated issue. I just tested the bugger and it was functioning fine. Let's keep this thread going to keep an eye on it.
So I missed last week (*headsmack*) and since this week is shortened, here we go with the happenings of the past two weeks, abridged, of course. Created a new stardock.com forum design. Reworked the current stardock.com design for the above. Created a nice, neat and concise BitMask class for uberfast boolean operations. It's nice too, because it allows us to save up to 64 (at this point, but I guess its rather limitless) seperate boolean value
This week's tomfoolery (which is short for the beginning of the week, cause we were asked to do this today) ... (Monday) Photo album went live for admins and the like. Bug fixes and new feature additions and modifications on that primarily. (Tuesday) Ditto. (Wednesday) Started taking a look at the code for joeuser, took note on where to start and how. Photo album goes live, admins are happy, the rest of the populous cant use it. Used super-human powers to fix a few
