I have lost all ability to examine or download skins from all applications in SC. The download manager icon and list of installed applications is missing. Uninstalled IP and reinstalled 3.10b(b).002. IP continues to crash. Icon Packager v3.0 and 3.10 will not work since I applied the April Microsoft patches. The application crashes the moment I try to open it. Those patches have screwed up Office files, drop down menus, forms in IE, my sync add-in for Earthlink in Outlook and OE and too much more to go into. Many thanks Corky O! For a time Saturday night everything cleared up on its own, and worked fine until I shut down. This morning I am right back at ground zero. I think I will go the rout you suggest and uninstall the suite and start from scratch. BTW I checked my WB version and it is 4.4, with no other builds. WBconfig.exe is v4.5. It appears the problem is with this version of WB, because when it is not running, Office and even SDC work fine.
