Nevermind the taskbar stopped being skined after i turned of my comp again...i dont know what i did to make it get skinned

Yeah i just figured out why its cause my taskbar was locked! right click on it and unlock it that was why it wouldnt skin the taskbar! thx

Hey im using WindowBlinds and i got a skin but everytime i apply the skin it doenst change my Taskbar or start menu...can anyone tell me what to do about that?
