I tried the suggestion by Neil and it works. Clicking on wbload first and then wbconfig it ran fine and I was able to select a skin. Thank you

I am running Windowblinds 5 beta c on a shared Windows XP SP2 pc. I installed it under my user and can access the windowblinds Wbconfig application and set up skins on my side (I have full admin perms) with no problems. If however I switch to the 2nd user on the computer (also full admin perms), and try to run wbconfig to set up a skin, I get an application crash in wbconfig.exe.
