Laggy icons? in ObjectDock WinCustomize Forums

I've noticed that when I double click icons like My Computer, Recycle Bin, and other folders that they come up more slowly then when I click on the normal desktop icons. Is this normal? Also when I try to hide desktop icons by right clicking on my backround my wallpaper gets a little distorted. Anyone have any idea what's wrong?

I'm using Firefox and everytime I move my mouse to the bottom of the screen, ObjectDock pops up.
