WinCustomize Forumsno wait typing mistake i only notice this now.start menu change now but stiil the icon not change n the background of my computer,control panel n such not change??

i saw windowblinds themes in the screenshot very nice i downloaded it n some theme then when i try 1 the only thing cahnge is the taskbar!start menu doesn`t change n icons doesn`t change to not very thing change same like the screenshot,what is wrong???
