Where is the virtual desktop in New Users JoeUser Forums

Who knows where to get the the virtual desktop? I tried the virtual desktop a few years ago. It was like movin' around in different rooms and clicking on drawers to open features. It had a feature to let see news and teperatures on a big screen in a room.... Robert
