Thanks. I downloaded the 1.2 patch. But I do not see any difference to the game. What does it do? I've gotten the mods to work too, so thanks. I heard about some Galciv writer or something which allows you to make the mods.. How can I get that? Do I need to be a computer guru to design my own mods? or is it easy? Thanks.

I know this is a very basic question, but I have been looking through the FAQ and did not see it. I downloaded the "Expanded Universe" but am unsure how to put it in the game. Also, I downloaded several events and United Planets occurences people have made, but do not know how to put them in the game. If someone can tell me step by step how to do this (especially the Expanded Universe patch) it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
