I want to disable right-clicking on the Start10 Start button (Configure Start10, File Explorer, etc.) for a non-administrative user. I enabled "Disable context menus in the Start Menu" in Admin Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar but it appears to be overridden by Start10. My Windows 10 Pro v1703 system has a bad habit of crashing explorer (screen appears to "reboot", i.e., go dark, tasktray and desktop icons disappear and then slowly reappear). I can trigger this by pinning a program or two to the taskbar. So I uninstalled Start10 and this problem has disappeared. But now my Windows 10 Start Menu only lists Microsoft apps; all my programs (Adobe, Microsoft Office, and much more) are not listed. Is there a fix?
