Please tell us something about WindowBlinds 10 in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

It seems Stardock are very bad at communicating. We're four months on from the release of Windows 10 and we don't know when WindowBlinds 10 will be coming. There's no ETA. Will it be this year? We don't even know if it is weeks, months or years away. We've no idea if any work is being done on it - I am sure it is though. What would be nice is a little explanation of the problems and an update on progress. We all knew Windows 10 would mean a large proportion

Windows 10 and WindowFX 6. Using the Opera browser. Latest version of everything. Nvidia GTX 970 and Intel Core i7 4790K. After playing a video in fullscreen, when I press Escape to return to normal, the browser window becomes completely transparent rendering it invisible. The only workaround is to open the video in a new window (as opposed to a tab) and then press CTRL + W to close the invisible window afterwards. You could try using Opera instead and see if that makes a difference. Opera switched to using the Chrome engine recently, so it's pretty much the same as Chrome, but perhaps it might just be different enough to work. Just a suggestion - I don't know if it will help.

Yeah, that kind of thing. That's jolly useful and good to hear. Obviously, this happens every time there's a new version of Windows, but with Windows 10 there is going to be quite an extraordinarily high number of people migrating early on. I can't remember how long it took to update Windowblinds for Windows 8, but I seem to recall (perhaps incorrectly) that it took several months. I'm rather hoping this won't be the case this time as my payment date

That works pretty well. Thank you. I probably shouldn't be using Object Desktop Manager to check things. Now that I've looked at the compatibility list on here, it doesn't match. And ODManager doesn't show things like the WindowFX beta version. May I suggest that you post a prominent announcement of what works and what doesn't as well as those for which a beta or a temporary workaround is available? We're a month on from when the new version of WindowFX was going through QA testing. Any news? Currently I'm not getting a lot of value from my Object Desktop subscription. I can't use Window FX or Windowblinds 8. I appreciate it will take time to adapt, but it's disappointing how little works after a month. Start10 and thats' about it. Sure, there's other stuff working too (Keyboard Launchpad, SpeceMonger, Fences), but it does somehow seem to be the utilities
