Hmmm....sounds all to familiar. My mum finally decided to quit her job at a local call center. They are royally screwed up. If you say one thing, ONE THING, that is not in their script...you fail your call. As a matter of fact, my mum and those in her class (those who do not suck up) have yet to be graded with a passing call. Forget the fact that she's solved the callers problems... :S ~Lucas
