in ME the option for font size was in display settings, advanced, usually on the first tab, you could globally force the font to whatever percent you needed. of course it sometimes screws with the size of the windopane. Had it set at 110% for my dad, and on his 14" screen you had to drag windows all over the place to get to the buttons or text you wanted. but he could see it better at that size. <

Thanks Chris will check it out. Carlitus is an exceptional artist I've missed his work here, though I did notice there is a recent Noia 2.00 submission in IP.

Hello peoples. Does anyone know why Carlitus' noia natural and noia warm sets are no longer available? I waited forever to have xp so I could use these sets,(among other reasons) , and now when I finally can use them they're gone. Actually, in icon packager downloads, I think there are other sets missing too <img src="

Wouldn't it be great if there was a brief message left on the news board for all old skinners who may have changed their email address or isp to contact wc privately regarding possible permission requests? It is quite possible some of these old skinners just don't know you're asking for their permission. Not all old email links are returned by mailer daemons. It's also possible these people prefer not to have contact directly with new skinners but would be willing to leave a private message with

also sometimes a skinner will place the skin in it's own folder then zip it to a new folder, so when you click to install the skin it shows up no skin. If you go into the themes folder of wb after trying to install, and look for that folder name, you might find within the actual wba file. I know this is a common problem in icon packager. took me quite a long time to reallize those iconpacks I dl'd were actually there, just buried in folders. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles

have to agree with GM...most 'folk' who are impoverished are not apt to have a computer or can afford an internet connection In the interest of others out here in the same boat as I am, I feel I need to respond to this comment, as someone could misconstrue its meaning and target those of us with limited resources. I am on a very tight

In the past seven years, the emergency medical community stopped labeling car crashes as accidents. Their reasoning being an accident is a random act that could in no way be avoided. Using this reasoning, a good lawyer could possibly sway a jury into believing the defendant in question was negligent in his actions, not utilizing safety measures put into place by the company he worked for, as well as OSHA regulations for safety in the workplace. Therefore, it WAS his fault the victim died and he

I like so many but my favorite WB skin of all time has to be dark aquaXP by neville attard. I go back to it often. it compliments so many of the wallpapers I have. Another one I enjoy is neon abstract by sandra haggard. The colors compliment each other so well in that skin, the brightness is actually pleasant. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Po

I'm more interested in a Bargain, or getting the most for my dollar. If I'm going to pay for a skin or suite, I expect to get more than one , or a packaged grouping of say ten high quality, make your friends jealous, does something special skins. ya know? like I don't ever buy just one egg, why buy just one skin? or one type of skin? And I have to agree with Feline(wow did I say that?.. lol we're usually on the opposite side of the fence of each other) I would probably go for cursor pac

alot of times I'll see a url link within a post. If someone wanted to keep the topic alive but spawn a subtopic , wouldn't it be reasonable if that person created the new subtopic, labeled it as such, and provided a link within the posts of the original topic? or would that also create more work and drag the topic off? and am I doing just that with this question? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/sm

I am always checking to see if there's new webblinds, especially for the MSIE buttons, so I can change them to match my skins. Some of the skins that don't have webblinds support don't look right with the default buttons.I am also always checking for throbbers. I hate the boring default ones, and like to customize as many features as I can. maybe the skinners will take note and post a couple new ones.

hmmm maybe we should make that an option for level 3? seeing as how there's so many of us out here who would gladly put our rating to 0 or 1 to view all, we'd also have the added benefit of rating those skins as we see them? or is it possible that as a user level 3, I see everything anyway and it's just a matter of actually rating the skins? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 A

actually, if there were an interactive skinning section, more downloaders might be encouraged to create. it's a daunting thing trying to figure out how to create a skin. when I first got OD I set out to create, expecting that I'd pick it up like I did html, but I found the process so confusing and intensive I gave up , discouraged. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIG

guilty. But with good reason. I needed immediate help and could not post the question live in chat. relyed (sp?) on people's innate curiosity to find out what I needed "help help!" with.and it worked well. unfortunately there is no way to erase the question once help is gained thus it'll sit there till it rots. *shrug* <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=full&NewsID=913

lol cold duck is more apropriate for those who want free windowblinds. the no xp whine should be either cheap or crappy, which pretty much describes why I had ME. it was cheap(came with second hand puter) and it was crappy.
