I am a member of a particular denomination, but I do not agree with alot of the things the denomination says and does. I get strange an

Putting furniture isn't too bad, though it can be pretty scary at first. I've done quite a bit of it since my husband joined the Army. As for Wal-Mart.....There's a reason some people refer to it as the Evil Empire. I wish I could avoid it, but there's really not much else in town. Good Luck with the desk, and I hope the hangover isn't too bad!

1/ What do you consider to be a "drug" ?. Mind-altering, can cause addiction 2/ Would it change your opinion of say, a workmate, if you found out they used recreational drugs

It would be more than amusing if this disgusting divulgence of her sex life with one of your own is payback, meticulously planned and executed, for your devilish ways it would be, most definately. You may be able to help me figure it out as I post more about it.

people have been stating that authorities have had these powers, and they have been watching US citizens all along, that the Patriot act makes it more concrete... I don't know about more concrete, but at least they are being open about what they're doing (watching, etc.) Four years ago I worked as a Cr

I didn't mean that as a blanket insult. It's only meant as an insult to those who fit the mold. After all, my husband and my uncle are both Military Intelligence, and my dad was. I do think it's sad that those writers who do have integrity may suffer because of those who don't.

Losing someone close to you is a very difficult thing and can make you think about things you would otherwise leave alone. As for religion, it is not the answer. Beliefs and religion are not necessarily the same thing. I can have beliefs in certain things without following a set religion. I am a Christian, and although I share similar beliefs with other Christians, I do not always agree with their "religion". I do think that co

I am a nonconformist, and yet I desire social acceptance. *sighs* oh yes, this caused me to do something pretty funny, and yet pathetic too, back in high school. I got together with a bunch of my friends, and we formed a non-conformist club. In the words of Homer Simpson, "D'oh!" Seriously,
