I've also noticed that the windowblinds button is no longer showing up in the display properties window.

Whenever I apply a wb skin (doesn't matter if it was made for 4 or 5), I get this problem with html-kit. This did not happen with wb4. I know this shouldn't be a hardware problem because I got a completely new machine (amd1700,ati9250 to amd3700/64,nvidia5500) a week ago. Anyone have an idea what is causing it? I even tried disabling most of the skinning features, but it still happens. It also happens even when I tell wb not to skin the application. See image at: http://www.baohx.
