1. There were in fact some men who made it into the lifeboats that night. Most notably the radio-operator guy, the one most likely to blame for the tragedy. 2. You label yourself a whore who gets random sexually transmitted diseases, or at least have guys wondering gross things like how you got it and what it must look like. Not good for a woman playing the field, if you are. 3. Like anyone, they want your money, and it's more likely because t

Here where I live there were tourists in a car with Texas plates. As I walked by their open window I cautioned them about using their 26.8 guns around here. They were confused until I told them Texans own an average of 6.7 guns. 4 people in the car. They weren't amused when they saw what I was saying. I've never been there but I'd love to go to a Cowboy's game someday. Meet J.R. and that witch who shot him.

What a nice thread you posted Angel(a). <---my wife's name that's how I type her name. My whole life I only had one grandparent, on my father's side. The only one. Sadly, she passed away a couple years ago. I was kind of enraged because my folks went there to visit her (she was like 83 and had no clue who anyone was) and later I found out they went there basically to pul the plug and let her go. I wanted to be there, but apparently my folks were worri

Well Whip you can feel free to continue your thing. That's fine by me. But when you make a whiny grumpy thread about someone deleting your comments, while blacklisting others, it shows you are eith two-faced, or hypocritical, or confused, or all of the above. And what's this self-ego thing? I responded to your post in another thread since you don't allow my opinion on your controlled blog. But I didn't think it was 'emotions running high' for a moment.

well zoomba one could easily argue that, instead of blacklisting someone because they're a liar, you should take the meagre amount of time it would take to set the record straight and debunk their lies with facts. It's not always fun but it still has to be done. I take that path and pay the blogger's price for it. But I welcome it. The truth isn't always, actually is rarely, easy to take. Pick up the only flag that matters and hold it up for the liars

And like I had said before, if you complain about someone deleting your comments, you shouldn't be blacklisting others. Of course to delete is to sweep clean. To blacklist is to close your ignorant mind.

Ha I have to laugh at the thought. I know lots of Catholics who, instead of lifting weights to get into shape, they instead get a workout from carrying all their religious bullshit around. It's a heavy pack sometimes. Personally, though, I think people can do what they want when it comes to this. It only reinforces my own superior morals. And I'm not being arrogant at all. Just that I don't have any axe to grind and no sacred cow to appease. In other w

I couldn't help but chuckle at the odd way someone could complain about comment deleting when the person is a blackballer. How could someone whine about people deleting comments when they use the blackball option? Talk about a duplicist mentality. It's like the guy who would beat his kid to make him stop crying. Oxymoronic. Maybe if someone likes to use the blackball

you mentioned how Disney's always the happy ending so I thought I'd post this link which is somewhat humerous. It's a list of reasons why he's convinced that Disney has a conspiracy against the family unit. http://www.retrocrush.com/archive/disney/default.htm I laughed at the Snow White necrophelia bit.

"and that makes you insanely jealous since you are just as incompetent (if not more so) as W., and you've never been successful, right? More blather from you." Now that was the most insane ridiculous argument rebuttal I've come by. It's almost as if you are speaking about two men who are the president of the most powerful nation in the world. You use Bush's obvious-to-you-incompetence as an argument? Saying someone is just as incompetent a

How is saying youll fix something by 2008 make it look like Bush is on top of the issue. If you tell your boss you'll get something done by 2008, 8 years after you were hired, you'd be sacked and you know it. How's the wife doing?

It's really not giving anything up at all. You make it sound like you're in love with what used to be, rather than being in love with where you are now, today. This essence you mentioned...in a perfect world that would be true but being (somewhat normal) humans we have that pesky mental reflex where we trick ourselves into thinking about ourselves in a better light. Something may happen and instead of saying 'yes that's a problem' we tend to say 'that'

Marijuana and driving don't mean a threat to safety on the roads. Alcohol and driving is wrong. Driving while cracked up is wrong. Driving after having had a puff on a marijuana cigarette is not unsafe, depending on the user. TO be honest, there are people who probably can't drive if they're not high.

I think fan1980 just made a good argument that there is no real threat of criminals using the purchased explosives for evil purposes. All those criminals with explosives and for some reason they're not using them for bad. Surely fan1980 isn't saying the government should spend a ton of money to try stop people with criminal records from purchasing explosives when there are no cases of any of those criminals using them for evil purposes. But I suppose y

"She's still herself, just in a different body" Dharma the person you say she still is is the woman who left her husband out of selfishness. How could he have any personal attraction to her after that? It was over once she left.

ItGirl kind of let it slip that she is quite biased. How can an insult be worse than a physical threat? It would take some time and some hard work for someone to forget the first and most simple rule we ever had learned. Sticks and stones will break your bones but words will never hurt you. To choose the Jewish's hurt feelings over the very real threat of violence against someone else is obviously blatantly bias. And thanks Gideon tis about time! Oh an

No I'm not serious please understand that immediately. My point is that a person, in the west at least, should never have to go to trial for saying something like that. And this is happening all over the place. The US, Canada, and even parts of Europe have court cases where saying things like this was the charge. Are we in the west NOT losing freedoms we (not really m

Nobody can argue that Bush is showing respect for the Pope any more than someone can argue he's only going for the photo-op. What we can do, however, is to look at the recent history of their relationship. Bush liked nothing about what the Pope was saying. He in fact completely disregarded the Pope's comments. Oh, to be sure, a leader can't run a country with the morals that would please the Pope. Even I would never diss Bush for not doing what the Pop
