I miss an option to make maximized windows avoid ObjectDock, like they avoid the Windows Task Bar. Currently, to work around this problem, I have to resize the Task Bar to be the same size as ObjectDock, moving ObjectDock to the same position as the Task Bar, and the choosing to hide the Windows Taskbar. BTW, hiding the Taskbar should be available on the dock's right-click menu, now buried deep inside the Dock Settings dialog.

When I click on a "Dock Taskbar" icon, it doesn't switch to the app. If I click again, it minimizes the app. Is this a bug, or is this expected behaviour?
