Creating Wallpaper in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I'm sure this has been asked a hundred times but I am brand new to this, and I'd like to make my own wallpaper. I have Photshop, but have never used it. How can I get started?

Nope, I saw that but what I'm looking for is like "sticky notes" or "quicknotes" but free and skinnable. Thanks for responding!
