2 Questions i need help with. in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

ok question 1 is ever since i have installed icon packager it's changed how windows shuts down and starts up. Now i have to click ok on a stupid logon box when i start up. And when i log off i get this http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v299/claytonbuckley/log_off.jpg instead of the normal 3 button thingo. Also with icon packager, I can't seem to changer the folder icons in favourites for IE.everything else changes fine except this.
