Sal- stop worrying and have fun!! I think you said yourself honey- sometimes you have to let go and take a risk. I'm sure you'll be just fine. Dyl xx

not being an expert on relationships or anything Sal, this will probably be so unhelpful. But I think if you're worried he doesn't feel the same way you do, you should sit tight a while, see if anything develops (depending on how long you've been with him) and if nothing improves, confront him about it. You may well scare the crap out of him (you know what men are like with commitment) but at least you won't be tippy toeing around all the time, waiting
Oh God I have enough trouble just getting on a plane nevermind going to the moon. How are you by the way? Dyl xxx
I am fairly reseattled (resettled?um..?) thanks to a few nights out with plenty of lovely booze..mmm How about you? Settled back in London? Sounds like it..you seem happy to be back!! I cry a lot, I'm such a wimp! 4)Woken up in a strange place?- hehe ah the number of times I've woken up in a) someone else's bed, or worse-b) someone else's floo
wow Suz, you really are an incredible writer. I know you won't believe me, but you have no idea the number of times I had to stop whilst reading that just to think "fuck me, this is good writing." Welcome back home honey!! Thanks for the comment. I think getting back to NYC brought up a few buried memories and things went a little bad for me, but all is well, I assure you.
this made me giggle Sal, hehe. What is it with mothers and answering machines? They are a dangerous combination.. Dyl xx
Happy birthday Vanessa!! Hope you made a wish... much love, Dyl xx
I don't care what your blue rinse relatives + family friends think Vanessa- I think you're an inspiration. Dyl xx
Sal, you are so frustrating! Only cryptic hints about this new man in your life..I can't stand it! You must give me details!!You must!! As for uni, etc, I must confess it's something I regret not doing, I think if I finished school and went to university (and I could've because my grades were good until I ..um, dropped out)maybe I'd have more direction in my life, something to
love is scary, I'm finding that out too...and it brings up all kinds of other things you should have dealt with much earlier. Thankyou for the comment Sal, I'm grateful for your support. I think I didn't deal with things properly at first and now they're all catching up on me. House arrest sucks though! I'm being followed around like a mental patient. I know its cuz they care about me but jeez!! Do you have a new man in your life ho
Powerful stuff. Dylxx
I think a lot of people are just money hungry really, and now they know than can do this, and get a pay off for virtually anything - they do. I'm not sure I can blame them. I guess it would seem stupid to most to pass up such a great opportunity to make some cash!! Although it is getting somewhat ridiculous...hopefully it's just another trend and will pass..? Good article honey .
It is always hard to know what to say in the face of death, which I guess is why most of us drag out old cliches that do more for the speaker than the person they meant to comfort. I am no different, so I will just say my thoughts and sympathies are with you, and hope you understand the sincerity of the intent, although the sentiment itself is tired. I know I'm probably considered a liberal (I dont really consider myself anythi
Thankyou Vanessa- I thought I was the only one!!I love guys with a little beergut..hehe. The guy in the royal tenanbaums (who plays Eli I think...) is Owen Wilson ...And .I second that Yummm!! Dyl xx
Now there's something that'd be interesting to see... I laughed, I cried, I kicked myself.. Excellent article Kingbee. Dyl xx
This is excellent, as always. I am paying attention and trying to learn from how you write, because I could never write anything like this myself. Thanks for being such a good teacher.. Dyl xx
So true. I was in a foul mood yesterday and pissed Poll off and then I went out and met people who were nice to me, and ended up going out and having a really good time. And I apologise for that Bush thread again! Hope everything's good with you now. Dyl xx
Good article. Very well written and passionate. Nice to hear a voice of reason in this mess. Dyl xx
Okay, Sally I have erased my comments and I apologise especially to you for writing vehement shit on an excellent article. Secondly, drmiler, I don't know which address you think you have, because my browser goes thru an anonymous server so my files dont get nuked again, and I expect its their IP you have. I also apologise for causing you off
I wish I had written this! It sums up so concisely what I can spend pages and pages rambling about and never find my point!! Thanks for finding it for me Vanessa! Dyl xx
I don't think suicides act out of selfishness somehow. Maybe they don't realise that people love them, depression makes you feel like that- alone, unlovable etc. I understand how those left behind could feel angry and think them selfish (and believe me, I know) but looking at it objectively I don't think suicide deserves the stigma that comes with it, or the idea that the victim is selfish or cowardly.
I read somwhere that more men are successful (if you can call it that) at suicide because men tend to be more impulsive than women, and are also less likely to talk about their feelings and get help as women are. Although the statistics are scary, I think its only brought home to you when it happens to someone you know. Excellent article, on a topic most people avoid. Dyl xx
I'm sorry, but am I seeing a different president here? And people are considering voting for Bush?Despite the fact that he is obviously mentally impaired in some way? Nice to see even a hint of doubt Kingbee. Dyl xx
I think this is insightful honey, and I agree with most of your points. I don't know what the truth of the whole situation is- I don't think anyone does, and besides, truth is an ill defined concept. But I do know I, and almost all of the people I know, did not, and will not be voting for him. Personally, the day he leaves the white house will be the happiest day of my life. No offence to your prime minister, but Bush should really be chargi
