i use firefox, and have installed an extension that allows you to decide whether to allow javascript from a website to run on your machine..when i'm in wincustomize there are quite a few different .com's asking to run javascript in my browser...as well as (obviously) wincustomize there are also sitemeter.com gamezone.com intellitxt.com i allow wincustomize (or else the website doesn't function correctly) but do not allow

a little more info for you.. this problem happens when i have, in the menu item properties, unchecked the box "show folder in a menu"...if i leave the box checked, i can rightclick on the 'my computer' menu item, select 'open' from that menu, and it opens 'my computer' in a folder, without crashing..

have checked my rightclick directory and i have exactly the files listed... also, as stated before, i completely uninstalled, rebooted, then reinstalled (after downloading using SDC) and still the same problem good luck guys, i hope you can fix it
