CursorXP hogging CPU

about 20%-25% CPU usage

I'm running the latest version of CursorXP, and it's really putting a lot of load on my CPU. It does this with all of my cursor sets, and I have no idea whats wrong. It's very inconvenient, because it prevents my Athlon 64 from underclocking itself to 1000mhz and 1.100 Vcore.
