Error: Failed to validate your subscription or product information

I'm getting the error "Failed to validate your subscription or product information" when I try to install just about any Object Desktop app - e.g. WindowBlinds 5.


I am using the correct email address ([email protected]).


Any ideas?

Additionally, If I try to lookup my serial number using the email:


[email protected]


I get the message: "The email address you have enteres has not been found, please try again"


What is going on?  This _is_ the correct email address.  I have emails from Stardock after my purchase of Object Desktop this morning saying that this _is_ the correct email address.


Please help!
