Can't reinstall game

Recently i've deleted the galciv2 game, I dont know why I did that. But now it seems I cannot reinstal the game from the stardock central here is the instal log.

1st - make sure you have the latest build of SDC.

2nd - try changing to the California server

3rd - cross yer claws and pray to the supreme being in charge of all Kat Lords.

never mind I found out how to fix it, those who can't install it I recommend you achieve the game on the chicago server. then install the multimedia pack using the california server.

Well that won't work for me. Because I went through hell with this server problem I now have a situation where it won't activate the software because of "excessive activation attempts". This is for the birds. I need prompt attention from support at Stardock. However they do not work weekends.

The chat room hosts at SDC can reset your activation OS2Wiz, they did if for me a couple of weekends ago.
