IE7 Beta tab area is black under WB4.6

Hi,

I downloaded & installed IE 7 public beta, but the tab area background of IE7 is displayed as black. I upgraded to WB4.6 and the problem persists. any idea? (BTW in WB4., even the Yahoo toolbar background is black, but this is fixed in WB4.6 upgrade)
