Bush Administrattion tries to Silence TOP NASA Scientists!

Yep!  Bush has dragged out that old Cone of Silence and is using it on NASA.  For those not familiar with the Cone of Silence, it does not let any noise out, and very little within it anyway!  It is used by our Super Secret Intelligence Agency, Control (yes!  You did not know that Bush Re-organized Control!).

Now they are using it to silence NASA scientists.  Why?  Because a recent study of noise pollution have found that the average TOP NASA scientist (versus the above average BOTTOM NASA Scientist) talks at a level of 120 decibels!

Top medical Doctors, or Bottom non-medical ones, theorize they have started talking so loud due to the engine roar of the Space Shuttles.

TOP NASA Scientists could not be reached for comment as they were all using the cone of silence.
