WB 5 on Accounts

Here is my prob. I have window blinds one account and applied a theme, it works all fine on my account, but when i logon other accounts i see that windows taskbar becomes to look like the classic style with the gray taskbar.
How can i fix this problem. I dont wont my theme on other accounts just on my account it self and the other accounts should have the default XP theme.

** I also found out this problem only happens if i go to my account then log off and then go to other accounts. But when i restart my computer and go to other accounts before i vist mine every one else's account is normal again.

I have 2 accounts - each capable of their own theme. WB shouldn't carry one theme to another account - other accounts have access to WB to pick their own skins

on the other accounts just set those to use the XP theme - or better give them a theme of their own
