Logon Studio

Hi, Im having a bit of a problem with Logon Studio. I have downloaded a skin for logon studio with the extension: .logonxp
To load it I have tried to double click the file and also loaded it from the program itself. When I do either one it says that the skin I downloaded is active but it is not listed in the list of available skins. So when I press apply other skin is selected and if I exit the program previous skin is selected.
Has anyone had a similar problem and could solve it?

1. Did you re-boot after install?

2. Have you tried to un-install the software and re-install?

3. If you could post your system specs here for further help if none of the above works that would help as well.

4. Do you have any firewall/anti-virus software installed?

It sounds like you need to uninstall and reinstall Logon Studio as Patriots suggested. I've seen people before with the same sort of problem. Has it worked for you in the past? You are doing the correct things to load a logon, so I would suspect a corrupt install of Logon Studio. System specs and knowing if it has worked in the past on your computer would be most helpful.
