After pressing F5, IconPackager doesnt work

cant reinstall either.

Hello all, the other day i was using icon packager and i put a new icon package in the icons folder.

i had icon packager open at the time, so i pressed "F5" thinking it would refresh the page and show the new icon set for me to select.

it then closed the program and now i cant open it nor reinstall it.

anyone know what i can do to fix this?

which version of IconPackager?
was it a standalone or installed through SDC?
