on 5/26/04 attn.gen.john ashcroft,fbi-dir.mueller held a p.c. asking for all americans to be on the lookout for 7 people, that possibly may be in our country.on 5/29/04 in st.lucie,co.fla i made a 911 call resulting in the capture of most wanted terrorists,[as]+[fam].[fam]has a 25 million dollar reward.my coast guard friend called me back,stating you got them but federal officials were going to cover it up,so asnot to pay the reward.[fam]also got nabbed with his laptop.once the laptop was compromised many people were rounded up all around the world. i'm sure many of those had bounty implications, then in 11 days time i spot 4 of the 5 left,call miami-fbi,on 6/8/04 with intel on all of them with one in particular ahmed khalfan ghailani.[akg] is found 6 weeks later,only to be flown overseas to deny paying his 25 million dollar reward.both [fam]+[akg]were on the 25 most wanted terrorists list,each has a 25 million dollar reward.plus those from their laptops all over the world./stay tuned-be right back.

called capt.waurdell,martin,co.sheriff dept.part of the[jttf]team,asked a question regarding the other days' captures,he was beating around the bush,until i told him i made the 911 call,he was sooo elated ,until i told him what my coast guard friend told me.he said they can't do that i asked if he could get the 911 tape. i assisted this man on 3 different crimes in the past,literally solved them for him.so to safeguard this issue i had to contact some key congressional members,telling them what happened,and what my coast guard friend said their intentions were.last year some intelligent hearings were held with goss,mueller,and gonzales were in the hot seat.it didn't take a rocket science to figure out,from where all of these hearings originated from,only one person knew what they were being grilled on,that being the 911 caller.i believe ashcroft,powell,and ridge all left office due to what they intended to do.so back in 6/04,8/04 members knew of all of this,hearings were stymied due to ruling party,so theydoj/fbi needed to know just what was said.well in 4 days i am pulled over 4 times,yet the officers didn't have it in them to jam me for someones' agenda.no ticket told to go my way.then they found a place who would follow the leader,and do whatever it took to pull me over,to illegally search my car.

So I'm pulled over on a bogus probable cause,the evidence on the cars' camera.As I try to introduce this as evidence,my case
is reset for another court date.In any event during the stop,all of my paperwork,faxes,intel,and letters are taken as evidence, a 4th
Amendment violation of the Constitution.At court suddenly the cars' camera was inoperable,that can't be because no law enforcement
vehicle leaves the yard anywhere, if the vehicle is not 100% operable.During questioning,deputy states that all the paperwork seized,was
sent to the FBI.I knew I was going to be in a kangaroo court.I was denied my right to a Jury Trial,court was set-up so that noone would be
coming in,and out to hear what would be said.I believe I beat the case,catching the deputy lying under oath like 5 times.The fix was in,it didn't
matter what I would be found Guilty regardless,since that was the call from higher ups. Judge knew that if this went to trial,juries in this county
knew the court was corrupt,with many defendants beating their cases,going with a Jury Trial.Way too much evidence was going in my favor,yet
when the fix is in,losing this was not an option,or possibly the Judge was manipulated with re-election,taxes who knows,I do know that they could not lose.

Now they know who I talked to,when I did so,and exactly what was said, in its' entirety.However it was all too late other people knew,so
whatever game plan they had to manipulate me,Congress,or the American people was dead in the water. I'm sure you can imagine just how pissed they got,and still are,although everything they have done,and continue to do only helps my case.
What we hear now,with the NSA story, was told to Congressional members then in 8/04.That NSA break was exactly what I needed,now all the dirt is going to come out. A FISA Judge also stepped down, due to the blantant disregard for what they claim to hold so dear,The Constitution,
and Civil Rights. I followed proper protocol,only to get nowhere.Messages were left,called all agencies under the sun,wrote letters,even wrote more letters,all for nought.I tried to settle this quickly,and quietly.So everybody can get back to Securing the Nation,stupidity and greed will be
the fall of alot of people,who happened to listen to the wrong person.

the reason i have not said anymore on this one is because as of 1/30/06,i recieved the email i have been waiting for,from a very prominent SENATOR,who is going to bat for me,and this story..this SENATOR with a slew of others,is calling for a joint intel/judiciary committee hearings other than the nsa one starting on 2/6/06..this is long overdue,since those most wanted terrorists have been in custody for 20+ months,and 18+months..the rewards for justice program has no oversight,to ensure that those who provide the intel that brings,these people to justice are compensated adequately,and in a timely fashion..not stolen,not covered up

i love how NOONE has nothing to say on this real live true story,except the wife of a air force pilot,goes to show how negative one can be to someone who defended their nation in times of crisis,and single-handedly stopped a soon upcoming attack in fla. only to be denied the rewards for his services in getting MOST WANTED SERIAL KILLING TERRORISTS CAPTURED before they could strike and kill innocent lives again,which would of suspended the CONSTITUTION FOR SURE..jealousy and envy should not exist in this war on terror,everyone had the same chance as me the only difference is I WENT TO WORK & FOUND THEM FOR our BELOVED GOVT. only to be cheated and robbed of the rewards, in favor of glorifying THE PATRIOT ACT,WHICH DID NOTHING IN FINDING THESE SCUMBAGS IN THE NICK OF TIME...
