windowblinds and actual title buttons

I installed Actual Title Buttons (or Actual Window Manager) and after applying several WindowBlinds Version 5 skins, the additional title buttons disappear into the title bar. Is there anyway to modify the theme or skin to allow the additional buttons to show up? Perhaps this could be accomplished in SkinStudio but I really don't know much about creating or modifying skins. Thanks in advance!
