Start bar wrong resolution

I'm not sure if this is a problem caused by Windows Blinds or not I just know that all of a sudden my start bar got a little bit bigger. All the icons in it are like 120-150% bigger. They used to lick crisp now they look blurry and it's just annoying. And it means I have less room on my start menu. I was wondering if anyone had any idea?

Oh yeah, and here is a screen shot of what it looks like. I know it's not much, but if anyone has any input that would be great.

No. It just happened after i restarted trying to fix a problem with my CD drive. But anyway, I went to go uninstall window blinds and reinstall it but when I went to go download the reinstall, I just ponied up the cash for the pro version and it fixed the problem right up. Thanks for trying though.
