WindowBlinds wont work on my laptop!!

JUst bought a new laptop , trying to install WindowBlinds 5 on it. Downloads fine installs fine (as far as I can see) though when I change skin to anything other than windows xp it just changes it to a classic view!

Why is this happening? and how can i solve it?

What version (Demo/Full Paid) you are using ... and please copy and paste SystemInformation from WB Config --- !!!
